We understand that Canon has globally changed the 1Ds3 warranty by extending it to 2 years from the purchase date. This body does not have any operationl issues whatsoever. There are no marks or scuffs on the body, other than one small paint blemish on the crown of the camera in front of the flash shoe, 15mm above the letter  "o" in the Canon name. It is barely noticable. The images were taken below to attempt to show this minor imprefection. This was not caused by any drop, nor injury, simply a paint blemish unnoticed when I received the camera at the original purchase. We are changing our emphasis to High Definition Video productions, therefore this terrific still-image camera is not needed presently.
